CHAPTER XII, PART F, SUBPART A, the Witness Security Reform Act of 1984, adds a new chapter relating to protection of witnesses. Establishes procedures for witness relocation and protection, protection of certain probationers and parolees, compliance with civil judgements against protected witnesses, child custody arrangements, and intergovernmental cooperative agreements. Authorizes payment of restitution or compensation to victims of crimes committed by protected witnesses.

CHAPTER XV, the Trademark Counterfeiting Act of 1984, amends the Trademark Act.

CHAPTER XVIII, the Armed Career Criminal Act of 1984, amends the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968.
