Welcome to the IP Mall, the oldest open access IP information collection on the web, brought to you by UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law’s IP Library. The IP Mall is the virtual collection of the UNH Law IP Library, the only academic IP library in the Western Hemisphere since 1995.  UNH Law is a world-renowned law school for the study of intellectual property. The IP Library supports  faculty, staff as well as visiting scholars from around the world.
The IP Mall was created by Professor Jon Cavicchi when the world wide web was developed. He has continuously innovated with new content collections over three decades. He has been considered a national thought leader in intellectual property research and patent informatics, having taught nationally unique courses, and written extensively on this area of legal skills.

Professor Cavicchi August 2024 developed a comprehensive Guide on all aspects of the USPTO Patent Bar. It is the most comprehensive site on the web.

A Review of the Guide by our Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit Jurist in Residence:

"Magnificent contribution to anyone taking the USPTO exam. Thank you for undertaking the monumental task."
