| Welcome to LIPA. LIPA is a compilation of intellectual property public laws and related legislative history documents. Content is added to LIPA on a regular basis. There is an emphasis on hosting older documents which are not readily available in electronic formats. As IP legislative history research requests are submitted by patrons of the Pierce Law IP Library, LIPA will expand to include scanned copies of gathered documents. We are very much interested in including legislative history documents you think are important.
